Continuing “the no particular order” stories of the year…On the 3rd day of Christmas the Utah Jazz gave to me…

Build lead in third, turnover the ball and miss free-throws in the fourth, rinse & repeat.  That’s all I have to say for the two weeks.  Oh, and I forgot about strategy of play poor against the zone and foul on defense.

The Northern Midwest is getting pummeled again after a weekend full of snow and ice. Today the Northern Midwest is getting what is expected to be 3-5″ of snow. I am hoping that night class gets canceled.

Everyone knows with the holiday season on its way that there will be quite a bit of accidents. Some of this is due to the bad weather, some due to bad operators and then you have the mishaps. It’s official that Johan Santana is up for grabs in the American League East. Both the Yankees and the Red Sox are trying to get their hands on him. This means the Brewers won’t have to face up against him in the upcoming season. I am quite happy about that. However, I hope the Yankees don’t get a hold of him.

With the upcoming winter break I will finally have some time to relax and do things I find interesting. One thing I have looked into is Park West at Sea which is a company that conducts fine art auctions on a cruise. How great would it be to spend some time in the sun on a cruise and bid on some amazing pieces of art?

The last two weeks of school are upon the nation when us college students try and rush to get our last minute details taken care of. I personally am getting swamped this semester with projects and tests.

The Titans have released LB LeVar Woods who has been struggling with knee and ankle injuries over the last several weeks. The special teams standout will likely file an injury grievance. Woods signed with the Titans in 2006 and prior to that played with the Cardinals and Lions. The release of Woods means the Titans have an open roster spot which some feel could be filled by WR Mike Williams. “We have been in constant communication with (the Titans) since his workout," agent Sean Kiernan said. ”Now it is just a matter of finding out whether Mike will fill that spot.
