San Antonio Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs are an American professional basketball team based in San Antonio, Texas. They play in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The Spurs are the only former American Basketball Association team to have won an NBA championship, which they have done three times. As of November 2006, the Spurs rank second of active franchises for highest winning percentage in NBA history (behind the Los Angeles Lakers). The Spurs passed the Boston Celtics (the first franchise to do so with a statistically significant number of games played since March 30, 1988) with a win over the Miami Heat on November 22, 2006. Day two play has resumed at the PGA Championship

Play has now resumed after a fog delay on day two of the 2010 PGA Championship. Round two players’ times have been pushed back four hours and ten minutes to allow for the completion of round one.

Another Fog Delay At PGA Championship

For the 2nd straight day there is a fog delay at the PGA Championship.  Today’s (Friday) rounds won’t start until the players who weren’t able to finish due to yesterday’s fog delay have completed their rounds. Play is scheduled to resume at 10:40 a.m. ET.

From the Wire ... Fontenot Traded to Giants, Grabow Out for Season

According to multiple reports, Mike Fontenot was traded to the San Francisco Giants Wednesday afternoon for Single-A outfielder Evan Crawford. Fontenot will walk across the field and be in uniform for the Giants Wednesday night. Darwin Barney should be called up and added to the Cubs 40-man roster soon.The Cubs also announced John Grabow will be out for the remainder of the season. An MRI revealed a MCL tear in his left knee.
